Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sri Mrityunjayan Vidhya Sansthan, we strive to provide high-quality Vedic education and healthcare services. Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our various programs.
1. Course & Workshop Registrations
- Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a registered workshop (such as Ayurveda Adhara or Mental Wellness), please notify us at least 48 hours before the session starts.
- Refunds: Registration fees for online live sessions are generally non-refundable. However, at the discretion of the Sansthan, your fee may be adjusted as a credit for a future workshop or session.
- Course Access: Once a digital course or teaching module (like the ATC or TTC) has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Doctor Consultations
Consultation fees for Online Ayurveda Doctor Consulting are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. NGO Donations (Seva)
Donations made to the Sri Mrityunjayan Seva Foundation (including Sankalpa Seva and Support Vedic School) are considered voluntary contributions toward our social and spiritual Projects. As these funds are immediately allocated to community wellness and education initiatives, we do not offer refunds on Donations.
4. Program Cancellations by Sansthan
In the rare event that a workshop or webinar is cancelled by the Sansthan due to technical or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a choice between a full refund or a seat in the next available sessions.
